Broadcasts are a powerful feature that enables you to send messages to multiple subscribers simultaneously in an automated way. This tool is ideal for businesses to share announcements, discounts, updates, and notifications with their contacts.
To send a WhatsApp broadcast, first, create your broadcast flow. Then, go to the broadcast section to send it. Keep in mind that using a WhatsApp template message allows you to reach all your contacts, including those outside the 24-hour window.
However, with a normal WhatsApp flow, you can only contact those within the 24-hour window.
