How to Send a Flow to a Contact from the Inbox

In this tutorial, I will show you how to send a flow to a contact directly from the inbox. Start by clicking on the specified icon in the inbox to reveal a list of all the flows available in your account. Locate the flow you wish to send and click the send icon. For sending a specific step within a flow, select the step option, choose the flow, and search for the step you want to send.
