In this tutorial, I will show you how to import SMS and WhatsApp contacts. To begin, go to the contacts section and click on "Import." Select the CSV file you want to import, ensuring it is in the correct format. Then, choose the appropriate source: "Phone" for SMS contacts or "WhatsApp Phone Number" for WhatsApp contacts.
Add the country code and accurately map the contact information. You can also perform additional actions like tagging contacts or setting custom fields. Once everything is set, click "Continue," and your contacts will be imported.
